Registration and payment

The price for the European Music Workshops is €560,- per person (single room: €15 extra per night), payable in advance. This includes all course fees, admission to the sessions and to the concert as well as full board and accomodation in the Maison du Kleebach.

Registrations will be accepted in writing only. Please fill out the form below, stating the desired workshop, and transfer the course fee under the key word “Robert Koch, European Music Workshops” onto the account listed below. The registration is binding only on receipt of the full fee, which should be paid in full before July 2nd, 2012.

Cancellation 

In the case of cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the event, i.e. July 2nd 2012, the course fee will be refunded in full after deduction of a 5% processing fee.
In the case of cancellation up to one week before the start of the event, i.e. July 23rd 2012, half of the fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is received less than one week before the start of the event, i.e. after July 23rd 2012, the course fee is not refundable.

Workshops 

Each course will be limited to approx. 25 students in order to ensure an optimal learning situation.

General Information

Arrival and check-in is from midday onwards on Tuesday, July 31st 2012. The event starts with an evening reception followed by an informal get together so that students can settle in comfortably while getting to know the instructors and one another. Classes begin the next day and will offer 5-6 hours of tuition daily including the opportunity for own choice practise sessions under the supervision of the instructors. In the evenings there will be ample opportunity for jam sessions, either outside (weather permitting) or in the bar. The workshops will culminate in a public concert with Dave Goodman, Steve Baker and Martin Röttger on the evening of Saturday, August 4th 2012. As in previous years, the students will put together their own programme as the opening act for the concert. Rooms should be vacated by 10am on Sunday, August 5th 2012.
